The 2100-SVCB SmartView Controller is the brains of the system that connects the software, display, buttons, and camera for a fully functional system. The board is mounted inside of a box that can be mounted to the elevator car.

Dual purpose phones enable more flexibility for your emergency phones. Typically, one button directly dials rescue personnel or 9-1-1 and the second button will call non-emergency number such as campus information desk.

The T2150 is a durable handset emergency telephone designed for use in transit systems. When the user picks up the handset the phone automatically dials a pre-programmed number. The back of the faceplate is protected by a dust cover that is sealed at the top and sides to prevent moisture entry.

Each Call Box REQUIRES a “Directions for Call Box Use” sign to be mounted next to the Call Box in all Elevator Landings and Area(s) of Refuge/Rescue per IBC Section 1007.11 & 1009.11.

Fire-resistive or fire-rated cable is designed to support Life and Fire Safety, offering “survivability” for 2 hours in harsh environments. The 2100-ALARM provides a simple, fully functional solution to meet the 2010 and 2013 ASME codes. The code states that each elevator phone needs to check for an active phone line at least once in a 24 hour period.
The 2100-ALARM checks the complete phone line system from the elevators to the machine room, and from the machine room to the outside world
If an active phone line is not detected, an audible and visual alarm at the main landing panel is activated
A key switch is used to silence the audible alarm
If the phone line has not been re-established within a 24 hour period, the audible will resound

NFPA 72 2016 Supervision requirements state that pathways between the remote call stations and the master control station shall be monitored for integrity. To meet these requirements:
Each 2400 Series Call Box, Command Center, and outside phone line connect directly into the RATH Supervisor Board (2500__-SPRVSR). The 2500-__SPRVSR has a Communications Failure relay output that can be connected to an addressable fire alarm module or fire control panel.
Each IP Call Box, along with the Command Center, has a unique IP address that the 2500-VOIPM “pings” every 10 minutes to ensure connection. If power supervision is needed, an additional purchase of the UPS Monitor (2500-UPSMONITOR), which includes a Power Failure relay output, is required.

The Phone Line Monitoring Alert Kit meets the ASME / B44 2009 and 2010 code that requires audible and visual signal in the lobby in the event of phone line failure. When used with our EMS phones, that have the phone line monitoring option, the LMA-NC unit completes the system.

The T900 is a durable, fully-enclosed emergency telephone designed for use in transit systems, tunnels or on railway platforms. The telephone and enclosure are highly-resistant to dust and debris. Gaskets provide seals for the door and for the phone panel.

The 2100-P Series 5′ 8″ Pedestals assist those who may be stranded, injured or need help. The freestanding, phone has a blue beacon and strobe which is visible 360° supporting a quick location. Excellent choice for walkways, parks, open landscape areas, college campuses, parking facilities, shopping malls, healthcare facilities and corporate campuses.
